Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
- We ship weekly.
- Please allow up to 3 days for your order to process before shipping. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once shipped.
- FREE SHIPPING on orders $500 and up.
- Shipping costs calculated upon order. All orders use standard shipping method or ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS.
- We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If packages in your area are subject to theft or related acts, select SIGNATURE REQUIRE during checkout.
- Orders above $500, receive free ground shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- AJI ships globally from the USA. International customers are responsible for international shipping costs as well as any duties/taxes associated with import to your home country.
- AJI does not cover international customs and VAT taxes.
- Please include your phone number on your order for delivery needs.

Returns/ Refunds
Not the right fit? We're sorry your AJIs did not fit well. Please let us know the specific reason for why it wasn't the best fit, so that we can continue to improve our shoes and ensure the best fit for sizes 11-15. We offer a return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please let us know if you would like to initiate a return and we will assist you with the process
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. If there is any visible wear and tear we have the right to reject this item for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@aji.nyc. Please send us an email with your order number. You may request a pre-paid shipping label (USA orders only) that will be deducted from your refund. Refund will be processed immediately once we receive the package. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Every shoe is hand crafted and may contain it's own authentic marks. Each shoe carries durability, agility and width. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for any marks or tear after shoe has been worn.
Exchanges
If for any reason the item you received is not the correct size or style, the fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to initiate a return of the item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired size and style.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
